Suzanne Mills, Associate Professor, at McMaster University returns to report results from her research about the experiences of LGBTQ+ workers that many people from Sudbury participated in. What is it about some workplaces that make LGBTQ+ people feel safe to be out or about others that make people feel unsafe?
